RESPONSIBILITY:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure all administrative documentation and procedures are followed according to company guidelines.
• Ensure Company’s Human Resource principles, procedures and system are effectively applied.
• Maintains store staff by recruitment, selecting, orientating and training employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
• Execute and monitor loss prevention programs.

Qualification :

• Organized and proactive – you will be supervising the retail store and have to react to opportunities and challenges as they arises.
• Personable and engaging, making our customers feel unique as well as motivating your sales staff is crucial.
• Have 1-2 years experience as store leader with significant performance in a retail company
• Diploma, GCE O or A Level
• Good communication skill especially in English (ability to converse in other Asian languages such as Mandarin, Malay and/or Indonesian will be an added advantage)
• Computer literate (Excel or Microsoft office is must )
• Proven capability in delivering results and that you work well as a team player, as well as able to motivate, coach, and develop others
• Customer focused with excellent people skill
• Posses strong strategic thinking with analytical ability, problem solving, planning and organizing
• Attention to detail
• Able to work retail hours (i.e : shift works, public holidays and weekends)
• Singaporean and Singapore PR only.
